Two new workforce homes coming to Santa Ana's Historic French Park District

In August, we celebrated the groundbreaking for two new workforce homes to be built on Lacy Street in the historic French Park neighborhood. They will be our 31st and 32nd homes built in partnership with the City of Santa Ana. The city is providing a ground lease on the land as well as a monetary subsidy to the project.

These homes will be available to moderate income families who qualify for our homeownership program. The expected move-in date for these homes will be sometime in Summer 2023.

About the Lacy Street Homes

After discussions with the Historic French Park Committee, we are designing and constructing the homes to reflect the architectural elements and finishes present in the French Park community. This project comprises two single-family lots with distinct floor plans:
