About the Challenge
The Leaders Build Challenge is the signature fundraising event for Habitat for Humanity of Orange County. It brings business and community leaders together to build homes, community, and hope.
For the past 12 years, this event has given participants a chance to experience construction, competition, and camaraderie.
Join companies like Fluidmaster, Clearinghouse CDFI, Antis Roofing and Waterproofing and many more as they compete for the Leaders Build Challenge Champions Cup!

As a family of five living in a one bedroom, Nancy and Mauro were desperate for something more to give their girls. But with home prices in Orange County at an all-time high, Nancy and Mauro had all but given up on their dream of homeownership.
This past July that dream became reality when Nancy and Mauro completed their sweat equity. They received the keys and mortgage for their brand new three bedroom home in Fullerton!
“Homeownership has completely changed us! We are so happy knowing our family is in a much safer neighborhood. Also, going from one bedroom to three bedrooms is amazing! We are very comfortable and everyone is enjoying their own space and privacy.”

WITH COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY AND PROTECTION PLANS IN PLACE, WE ARE READY TO BUILD.
*Following CDC & CDPH Guidance, we’ve taken the following measures:
- The Build Site & Park create an open-air/outside venue
- Training for all staff and volunteers on protocols on participant safety
- Additional Control measures including pre-event symptom screening
- Masks are required for those who are not vaccinated against COVID-19 outdoors. For those who have received the COVID vaccine, the wearing of masks outdoors is optional.
- Masks and social distancing are required for everyone working indoors. Please leave 6 feet between yourself and others when possible.
- Disinfecting measures including sanitization stations and cleaning of high traffic areas.
*Measures are subject to change based on updated guidance.
