Step Five - Complete the PRE-Application
Time to start your paperwork.
- Print your pre-application: Click on the image to begin...
- Complete the pre-application to your best ability.
- Make out a check or money order to Habitat OC in the amount of $35. Two unmarried applicants pay $70. This fee will cover the cost of running a credit check.
- Place the pre-application and check or money order into a stamped envelope and mail it to:

Attn: Family Services
Your pre-application will be reviewed for completeness. If there are questions, a Family Selection Committee volunteer may call you for more information.
You will receive a letter telling you if your pre-application has been approved, or if it is not approved, the letter will explain why.
