The Balderas family

Arabell and Fidel have three children - Guadalupe, Fidel and Ashley - and currently reside in a two-bedroom condo in an unsafe section of San Juan Capistrano. The two bedrooms have been converted into three bedrooms to accommodate the three other people who share the condo with the Balderas. Recently, their condo has been put up for sale, which will make this the third time the Balderas family will need to move because of a landlord.

The Balderas family seeks a stable, secure environment so their children can pursue their education in a crime-free, child-friendly community. They look forward to having a home where everything works for a change and there won't be a fear of bad influences all around them.
