Framing - Jul 2-6, 2008

	It doesn't look like much before the big framing day kick-off event. But a lot of work has already been done...soil hauled in, grading, foundations, underground drainage, retaining walls etc.
The overcast was a blessing on what was predicted to be a scorching hot day.
	It really doesn't take long to hammer together a wall frame. But it takes a lot of hands and balance to put it in the right location.
In the middle of the crowd is site supervisor, Oscar Velasco. He's running around trying to get everything aligned.
	Girls on one side, boys on the other. Everyone else, watch this.
Put your backs into it gang!
	One hammer, one woman, one nail. Woman wins.

	Col. Seaton (left) supervises wall alignment. Or at least he tried to.
Community Presbyterian Church volunteers (light blue shirts) have been integral to making this development a reality.
	You can see this isn't easy.
Ocean Hills Church in San Juan Capistrano provided an incredible BBQ for the construction volunteers.
