All applicants, including veterans, military personnel or surviving families, are required to meet the standard Habitat OC qualifications. Also considered are:

- Non-taxable income, such as disability payments, is included in the family's income calculation

Model green home today...
Veteran's home tomorrow
Our favorite architect, KTGY's Mark Gonzales, designed an all green home.
It was constructed at the Great Park where it will remain for a year for teaching and touring purposes. After that, it will be donated to Habitat OC, moved to a home site and available for a veteran family
to purchase at an affordable cost. KTGY does the designs for all of Habitat OC's homes. We're impressed!Read about it in OC Metro
and watch ABC's coverage linked to the right, after a brief commercial of course.
